Shawn McBrien has been involved in mediation since he began practice in 1986. With his 30+ years of experience, he takes a straightforward approach to work through the issues, with the goal being for the parties to settle their issues and move forward to the future.
He has mediated all types of legal issues involving civil litigation, contract disputes, family and divorce, personal injury, probate/will contests and business dissolutions. Shawn regularly conducts mediation for attorneys throughout the Middle Tennessee area.
